Garlic Sausage

A 120g sausage of thicker caliber casing. It’s similar to the Wiener sausage, but with more garlic. CHEF’S TIP: just like the Bratwurst sausage, it is great when boiled or grilled. Both work great as barbecue appetizers!

Ingredients: pork meat, beef meat, MSM (mechanically separated meat from poultry), water, soy protein, starch, refined salt, natural spices (garlic, white pepper, red pepper, nutmeg and coriander), acidity regulator sodium lactate (INS 325), stabilizers sodium triphosphate and sodium polyphosphate (INS 452i), flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (INS 621), natural bacon aroma, natural smoke aroma, antioxidant sodium erythorbate (INS 316), preservatives sodium nitrite (INS 250), sodium nitrate (INS 251) and natural colorant annatto (INS 160b).
