Sausages have been in the Brazilian meal for a long time. However, this habit comes from Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and several European countries. Vienna and Frankfurter sausages are thinner sausages, to be served with bread, or how the Germans like, to be eaten with mustard. The “bite” is that separates the real ones from the others. A firm bite is a sign of quality. The thicker ones, garlic and bratwurst, are a hit in the beginning of barbecues or grilled in the home kitchen in the daily meals.
